We often recommend the book "The Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon to our guests here at Glenlaurel. Many have already read the seven book series, romantic time-travel based in Scotland in the mid-1700s, and anxiously await the eighth.
We think it's time for an Outlander discussion group! The registration fee will include a brown bag lunch. Registrants will be asked to nominate their favorite passages for reading and discussion. If this event is successful, "Dragonfly in Amber" will be scheduled for November, 2010. Registration for the first discussion group will guarantee the option to attend the second event, and so on.
